Referral Program

Reward: Clients who refer a new client can receive up to $20 in service credits or gift cards. Referred new clients may also receive up to $20 off their training services or a $20 gift card.

Eligibility Requirement: The referred client must purchase a training package valued at $200 or more.

How to Claim: The new client must enter the referring client's full name in the Referral section of their Client Intake Form at initial booking and the Trainer must be informed. Contact information must be provided if referred by a non-client.

Community Heroes Discount

Discount: Active-duty military, veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, healthcare workers, and teachers receive up to 15% off.

Eligibility Requirement: Proof of ID, service, or employment is required prior to invoice payment.

How to Claim: Present valid ID or verification documentation to Trainer prior to invoice payment.

Returning Client Discount

Discount: Returning clients receive 10% off any upgraded or higher-tier training package.

Eligibility Requirement: Client must have previously completed a full training package with Cooper Canines LLC.

How to Claim: Mention your prior package participation when requesting your next package intake or consultation.

General Promotional Terms & Conditions

• Maximum Savings: Total combined discounts, credits, and special offers cannot exceed $100 per package or individual purchase.
• Distribution: Referral rewards and credits are issued at the Trainer's sole discretion via account credit, gift cards, physical gifts, or a combination thereof.
• Program Modification: The Trainer reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional programs at any time without prior notice.
