Additional Session Options
- Follow-Up Sessions: $60 / hour (Exclusive to active clients who have completed a base package).
- Individual Sessions: $75 / session (Standalone booking without package enrollment).
- Complimentary Check-In: Package clients receive 1 free follow-up check-in session 3–4 weeks after package completion to review progress.

* Ongoing Communication: Enrolled package clients are encouraged to reach out with brief training updates and questions between sessions.
